2. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.
We are not here on earth for free. Since we expense resources, utilities, and facilities for our life and living on earth, it is our responsibility to pay the earth back. It is a sense of showing gratitude in the form of giving and taking.
As we are taking too much from the earth, we must serve others and do good for the earth as rent for our living on earth. If we don’t pay the earth back in an alternative way, we have no right to avail ourselves of the opportunities and amenities the earth gives us.
3. I’m young; I’m handsome; I’m fast. I can’t possibly be beaten.
Youth is the best time of life. During youth, a person is young, handsome, beautiful, lively, intelligent, and fast. The right combination of all these things is quite powerful, vigorous, creative, innovative, sanguine, and invincible.
Use the time of youth properly in order to make impossible things possible. If we misuse our valuable time in life, there will be nothing but misery in the future.
4. Don’t count the days; make the days count.
Days of life are important indeed. Moments and days are important enough when you capitalize on your time well. Make the best use of your time in such a way that you need not count your day, rather the days count you. Through achievements and fame, you can make your days meaningful.
5. It isn’t the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out; it’s the pebble in your shoe.
It is not difficult to mount the arduous cliff when you have the determination and focus in your mind. Climbing a mountain needs steadiness, consistency, strategy, moving forward, and overcoming challenges. A winner always manages all the steps successfully on his way.
The first step to climbing a mountain lies in the first footstep. Most people find the first step difficult and can’t make it work. The problem is not on the high mountain, but rather on the pebbles in our shoes that don’t let us make the right footsteps.
Get rid of the tiny obstacle so that you can with the big challenges. Sometimes, a little thing may cost you a lot. Uproot the weeds when it has not been a giant.
6. ‘Braggin’ is when a person says something and can’t do it. I do what I say.
Bragging is not funny as long as you can do what you say. And to do what you say, you need to be determined, focused, skilled, able, and willful. If you can do what you say, it is not bragging, rather you will be treated to be a person of strong principle.
The other aspect is, that you will say only what you can accomplish. Exaggeration should not be a trait you belong to.
7. I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.
To be great, you have to believe these words in mind. When you have trust, you are or will be the best. When you set your strategy, prepare an action plan, and jump into action according to your goal, nobody will be able to stop you.
It’s true, that you would face some obstacles along the way, and some negative people will criticize you, yet, you will be able to come out of all challenges with your courage, self-belief, positive attitude, and prudence.
8. I’m so mean, I make medicine sick.
By leading a healthy life and having a sound mind, you would be able to bid farewell to all medicine. Have a balanced diet, sleep, exercise, and drink water well, you will not be required to take medicine.
Naturally, you will be immune and handle all vulnerability on your own. Even the medicine will be jealous of you with the name a ‘mean’!
9. He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.
In order to perform well in life that is full of accomplishment, success, and gain, you have to keep the courage. No achievement in life is so easy and will come easily. You have to undergo hardship, challenges, risks, dangers, and competitions. When you will have courage in mind and determination in your will, you can make the impossible, possible.
10. A man who views the world the same at 50 as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.
With growing age, experience, and prudence, the observation, outlook, and belief of a human being should be improved significantly. It is true that a child, youth, and veterans observe life differently. This is the perfect growth of a person, an appropriate transformation of life.
With growing age, in case a person can’t change his observation and turns more valuable, he has just wasted his time, opportunity, and life.
11. If they can make penicillin out of moldy bread, they can sure make something out of you.
You will see many inventions in the world have been made of rotten, dangerous, garbage, or tiny things, and the inventions have been invaluable to us. If we consider ourselves, we are much more valuable than the moldy bread, or any objects.
We have many more opportunities, capabilities, and potential that we should make the best use of.
